Hi this is mslee1107 and since The King Loves is over but half of the viewers felt cheated or have a hard time moving forward from a story that is so compelling we have invested time and emotion loving the characters of Won and San....

I invite you friends to peek at WonSan thread /forum at soompi fir a much enlightened reads and analysis BASED on the script that we all have watched.

@packmule3 has been writing amazing in depth analysis and some more friends there giving their own perspective of the story.

We cant overlook the FACT that the story was ambigious and even yoonA's interview had revealed the staff's and prod team's vagueness or differing opinions about who the real otp is.


Yoona's explicit rinsan endgame is how it looked like but she was only told about it when the shooting was almost ending.

Honestly, I was not so eager to watch the final 2 episodes. Why? Perhaps I know the story is nearing it's end and there'll be no more Secrets to look forward to next week, Why do great dramas end so fast? Hmmm...sighing here. this is somewhat long... Episode 15 Anyway, last week's ending was another cliffhanger for viewers. The question hanging in my mind was, will Do Hoon win in this game he planned? Yes, it is like a game of hide and seek, hiding secrets and seeking the truth. Finally I am writing my thoughts on episode 23. Even in this last episode, the King never took time to understand the heart of Prince Gwang Hae. It was so easy for him to think that Prince Gwang Hae will take his seat away from him. Yes, Gwang Hae admitted thinking of being a King but it does not mean he has a mind that could be accused of treason. Prince Gwang Hae advised his father that it should be the people he must worry about and not his face because what happens to the lives of the people makes a King's face. The King has not had the face of a king until now because he lacked the understanding and the heart of what his duty entails. His people are not happy and still suffers that's why those transcend to him as the King who over looks on them, giving him the face of not suited to be King.
