Kim Kang Woo's New Drama via OCN - Missing Noir M

I am browsing for new dramas to watch and then I stumble upon this new drama Missing Noir M. I checked the synopsis and the cast and to my great surprise, Kim Kang Woo is the lead actor!

Wow! It seems ages since I last saw Golden Cross and Kim Kang Woo did impressed me that I watched some more movies he did. The plot of this drama is interesting and there's suspense and mysteries. I am definitely in.

There will only be 10 episodes and only one episode each week. I think this is short for this kind of genre. Anyway, will start watching this drama.

Plot

Gil Soo-Hyun (Kim Kang-Woo) is extremely intelligent. At the age of 10, Gil Soo-Hyun attended Harvard University. After graduating there, he decided to work at the FBI and worked there for 10 years. Afterwards, he decided to come back to South Korea. He now works as the leader of the Special Missing Persons Unit. The unit deals with about 1% of special missing cases involving violent crimes. His appearance borders on perfection, but he holds a secret.
Detective Oh Dae-Young (Park Hee-Soon) joins the Special Missing Persons Unit. He has worked as a detective for 20 years and he has an obsession in observing the law. He is known as a master of missing person cases.

Honestly, I was not so eager to watch the final 2 episodes. Why? Perhaps I know the story is nearing it's end and there'll be no more Secrets to look forward to next week, Why do great dramas end so fast? Hmmm...sighing here. this is somewhat long... Finally I am writing my thoughts on episode 23. Even in this last episode, the King never took time to understand the heart of Prince Gwang Hae. It was so easy for him to think that Prince Gwang Hae will take his seat away from him. Yes, Gwang Hae admitted thinking of being a King but it does not mean he has a mind that could be accused of treason. Prince Gwang Hae advised his father that it should be the people he must worry about and not his face because what happens to the lives of the people makes a King's face. The King has not had the face of a king until now because he lacked the understanding and the heart of what his duty entails. His people are not happy and still suffers that's why those transcend to him as the King who over looks on them, giving him the face of not suited to be King.
