SHARK's On Screen Couple Kim Nam GIl and Son Ye Jin Deny Dating Rumors
Reading the news article with the word "dating" suddenly perked my half drowsy mind! It never really registered right, not even noticing the word "deny". All I can think of was the drama SHARK and how I wished they ended up together in the story or that there will be something more than colleagues after the drama ended between them.
The filming of PIRATES was another treat for their fans like me. Their chemistry is so good they somehow "literally" burned the screen when they were together in it. Even without dialogues they could pulled off the scene perfectly.
So, reading hurriedly on the news article, my mind was finally understanding that it is indeed only a rumor. Or was it? I have yet to read confirmations on an artist's agency confirming rumors. Usually it was always denying. Anyway, it's good that they are being rumored to each other. Maybe to help the promotion of the film? But I think it won't be necessary. To confirm that they are getting close, [who won't, when they are almost together for the past months] is enough for me. I hope from friendship, a unique affection can develop.

Kim Nam Gil and Son Ye Jin have spoken through their reps to deny the dating rumors that have surfaced recently.
A media outlet reported that the onscreen couple have been dating for the past four months after getting close while filming their KBS 2TV drama 'Shark'. The two are also currently filming their upcoming film, 'Pirates', further fueling the rumors about the two growing close on set.
However, both sides came forward to put the rumors to rest as Son Ye Jin's agency MSTeam Entertainment stated on behalf of the actress, "It is totally not true... It doesn't really make any sense. It seems there was a misunderstanding upon seeing them getting along on friendly terms on set but it is a false report... The story that they were seen meeting near Samsungdong doesn't make sense. Son Ye Jin is currently busy promoting and filming her movie."
Kim Nam Gil's agency Star J Entertainment also denied the speculations commenting, "The dating rumors with Son Ye Jin are not true... Although it's true that the two of them are close with each other after working together for their drama and now film, there is nothing more to their relationship... They are close as colleagues, but they are not dating."
